Guitar Teachers
Kristen Hogan
Kristen has been an integral part of Chatham’s musical identity for years. An expressive singer and an effervescent teacher she brings a package of enthusiasm and love of music to the studio.
A multi-instrumentalist, she has played a variety of roles in a number of local bands - notably Vacuum the Wall and Kitty Sunshine and has entertained at numerous venues as a solo act as well. She can currently be seen singing and playing clarinet and guitar with the mythological Guerilla Jug Band.
Kristen teaches kids the basics of guitar, starting with reading music.

Rich Hallenbeck
The front man of King of the Forest, focuses on rock, both classic and modern.
Eric Erkinnen

Elaine Khosrova
My guitar teaching is based on the sage advice of that venerable philosopher Winnie the Pooh, who said,
“If you want to make a song more hummy, add a few tiddely poms.”
Meaning, of course, that music and people need each other.
My job is to help them get acquainted.
